Well... i am new. And i am going to try a lucid dream. How to have full control in one and can i like uh... see my GF in the dream, and do her movements for her like i do in dreams? And... how do i wakt up and go back to real life? If my mother wakes me up, is that enough? |

Welcome to dreamviews! |

Hi and welcome! |
No you're not. Lucidity on command is not an easy feat. For most people inducing their first intentional lucid can take weeks or months. You need to train your dream recall so you can actually remember your dreams to begin with through keeping a dream journal and recognize dream signs to avoid false awakenings. This will require perseverance and work on your part. I suggest you read up a little to prepare yourself. There's a sticky right at the top of the forum titled The Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming which is a very nice beginner's guide. This website is packed with information and the chances are that any questions you may want to ask has already been answered. Don't let this repository of knowledge go to waste. |
But just keep trying and you will get there! |
I read all the guides and I will do it. Will tell you guys tomorrow! |
Waking up isn't the hard part, it's getting to sleep in the first place. |
Everything went great! When I began dreaming (Instantly) I already saw that I am in a dream. Then, I did a reality check. I did the one with the nose. Then, I used portals to teleport to my GF. Everything went fine. Then... Did some random teleportations (Hawaii, minecraft...) an then I woke up, just in case. Was as easy as getting lucid. I did the DILD even though most of the time i was lying on my back almost not moving. Anyway... I did it. |
Congratulations! It happens for some few people, and you are one of them. |

Excellent work! |
WOW, you just... You just... "Yeah, I'm getting lucid tonight, by the way..." AND YOU DID!!! |
Guys, how to look at my hands when in a lucid dream? |
If there was a way then there wouldn't be any other forum except for Beyond dreaming and lucid experiences. If there was an answer, then lucid dreaming would be as easy as that answer, as all you need do is look at your hand 99% of the time. |
......
Same as in waking life. They'll be there, probably. |
Okay! Any tips on what shall i do in my Lucid Dream today? |
Well, since you know you will, it is wise to plan ahead. What many people have done, me included is compile a list, a to do list. Or, when you are in a dream you can try to interact with whatever's there. Such as if you are in a city, try leaping from buildings and stuff, falling off them or smashing through walls. |
......
Okay guys, shall i write a DJ about this lucid? |
Definitely, everyone should have a dream journal. Fill it with every lucid, doesn't matter how bad they were, and even throw in some dreams as well. |
......
Okay! Will definetly write one. Going to do the tasks of month. Good or Bad? |
You need ask? Participating in any way with things on DV or just lucid dreaming in general is always a good thing. Unless someone suggests something you don't morally agree with or seems dangerous in some way, but that goes without saying. |
......
Alrighty. Anyway... Going to sleep now! See you all tomorrow! (The time is now 10:12 PM) |
