I hear that alot around here, about confidence being a great asset to achieving lucidity. And stress/sleep schedules are my mortal enemies at the moment. What works best for me is when I know I don't have to get up early for work, which knocks out both the stress and sleep schedule problem for me. I need LOADS of sleep. So usually what happens is that I wake up and go back to sleep (WBTB) over and over from about 7am - 10am. When I get it right, I can have several lucid dreams in a single morning. |
