      Question...

This last week ive been doing so much research on Lucid Dreaming (i still havnt had one) and I was wondering whats the best technique to have my first one. DILD seems to be the easiest but it also seems like it just happens randomly, I dont know.

So my question is: What is the best technique to have my first LD?

      (Links on tutorials?)

There is no best technique, each as there advantage, and each works differently for everyone, so I advise give each ago.
DILD is usually the most easiest, and you could say it's random, but I would say it's more probability, with various factors affecting the probability of having one.
Okay, so you want links to guides, I'll post them and say what I recommend from them.

      Some basics,
Are you keeping a dream journal, it's very easy to have lucids and not remember them.
Have you tried Wake Back to Bed?

For DILD + MILD (I think you should try both at the same time).

This generally improves the chance to question if it's a dream.
Sporadic Awareness Technique By Puffin This improve the chance of a dream but more focused, more effective and easier.
When you go to bed, try to visualise you becoming lucid, or a dream sign and repeat "I'm dreaming" or a first person autosuggestion.
Only do reality checks when something strange has happened, genuinely question if it's a dream.
Tell yourself "I'm going to have a lucid dream tonight!" and get really excited!
Write down anything you dream of, fragments, failures, anything.

Hope that helps, if you have any other questions, just ask!
