      SP Question

So I've seen alot of posts around the forum with people asking if they were in Sleep Paralysis or not. Generally these posts go along the lines of "I was feeling vibrations and hearing noises and felt really heavy, and got freaked out and moved and woke myself up". And generally people reply, "Yes, this was the beginning of sleep paralysis, well done..." ect ect.

Now I guess my question is...how can one possibly move and wake themselves up when they are in SP? When is get SP I am paralysed. It happens in an instant, I feel heaviness sensation wash over me and then no matter how much I try I cannot move nor can I simply wake myself up. I am literally trapped until my body decides to release me from SP, which can often take a long time unless I am able to sucessfully WILD. So is this normal, or can many of you simply break out of your SP at will?

its the precursor to SP, the feelings most get, just a bit before SP.

also, like you quoted, THE BEGINNING OF!
