      Hello :D

I just wanted to say hello to everyone on here! I've become very interested in lucid dreaming recently and was so excited when I found this forum. There is so much helpful information and I cannot wait to to lucid dream for the first time! While I've never had one yet, my dreams are usually very vivid and I can remember a great deal about them when I wake up the next morning and as I try to recall the dreams later on in the day. I'm happy to be apart of this group, you all seem like a great group of people

      Welcome to DreamViews!

Do you already keep a dream journal? Even though you already have great dream recall, keeping a dream journal can still be very useful, for example when looking for recurring elements and dream signs.

If you haven't already, I suggest you take a look at Puffin's Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming for useful information on how to get started.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. The people here are more than willing to help you out.

Hey pterodactly, Welcome to Dreamviews! Glad you decided to join

The first step is to just to focus on your dream recall. Once you can at least remember one dream a night then you can pick a technique you would like to try in order to become lucid.

You can find a list of all the main induction techniques by clicking here. Once you find an induction technique that appeals to you the most, find a tutorial on it! If you are interested in WILDing, check out my tutorial (Link to it in my signature). If you're interested in MILDing try Naiyas Technique. If you want to DILD check out Puffin's SAT Technique. There are plenty of great tutorials you can find all around the forum, so make sure you keep an eye out for them!

Anyway, good luck! I hope you can start to have lucid dreams soon and don't give up! Stay confident! If you have any lucid dreaming questions or any questions about the site, feel free to PM me.

Hello! Welcome to Dreamviews! You made a good choice coming here, it's a great place with some really helpful staff.

Like Enjyu you should keep a dream journal even though you might have natural recall. I have natural recall but I still keep a dream journal. Make sure you keep motivated when it come to lucid dreaming, just keep at it and you will get there no matter how long it takes. It could take a long time or maybe a few days, no matter what, you WILL get there and it will be one of the best and most amazing experiences of your life. It is well worth it.

Good luck! Have fun in the dream world!

Pm me about any lucid dreaming related questions you have!

Thank you all so much for your support. I do in fact keep a dream journal. I've tried doing it before and never lasted very long, but now since I do have an ultimate goal I've started it up again. I'm really excited
