I think it's kinda random, sometimes it's very vivid and other times all blurry and hazy. |

I have just had my second ever lucid dream and it was much clearer than the first. Actually my dream self seemed to think it was much clear than I did when I woke up! Anyway I was just wondering if my LDs will get more and more vivid. Any comments would be appreciated. |

In lucid dreams, I find that vividness correlates with your focus and how clear you are thinking. The more lucid you are, the more you are using your concious mind and paying attention to your surroundings. In the dream, everything depends on where your attention is, if you don't pay attention to something, it does not exist, and if you pay a lot of attention to something, the clearer and more detailed it will become. In normal dreams I do not pay attention to the surroundings, so even though they can become vivid, my lucid dreams are always more vivid since I pay attention to the scenery while I realize that it is all created from my mind. |
