Freaky Experience

Hey,

I have no idea where to put this, and i doubt it goes in the newbie zone... sorry about that. But anyway, last thursday i think it was. I was sleeping in my room, and my dad came in to close my window because the whole house was freezing cold. I was sleeping and he woke me up, only i was half awake, or something. Idk. But all i remember is seeing this blury figure hopping around my room. He broke his ankle so he has to hop everywhere, or use crutches. I saw him, but i didnt recognise him. It was a very terrifying experience. I heard his voice telling me to calm down, but all i saw was this fuzzy shaky image of him jumping around. His movents were all jerky and unnatural. Like he had to snap a twig everytime he moved a joint, if that makes sense. I was screaming so loud and i woke the whole house up. Kind of embarassing. Is there anybody that can explain what this was or what caused it to happen. It was very terifying.

It was probably SP :O
Your dad waking you up, partially woke you up, do you remember not being able to move?
A lot of scary experiences like this happen in sleep paralysis and it's very normal. A lot of people use it to enter lucid dreams (called the WILD method)

No i was moving. I was sitting up and already screaming when i realized everything was ok. It was extremely wierd

Yea i think it was SP, but you say that you were moving so It couldn't have been, are you sure you weren't just dreaming the whole thing?

It is possible that you were dreaming, yet you may have a condition to where sleep paralasys doesnt work right. You could dream you saw him, sat up, and the sounds from real life seeped through into the dream
