Greetings from Florida, I'm currently 15 years old and going to high school. I've been going through alot of stress lately and I've decided lucid dreaming would be a good outlet, and it may help me with many other things such as practicing situations in real life and just entertainment when I'm down. I've been practicing alot but I do have a few issues, I have trouble with dream recall and becoming lucid within a dream. I figure ofcourse this is fine since I'm just starting out. But I'd love to hear some advice from the veterans on what I should do that will help me increase my dream recall as well as my levels of lucidity and remaining lucid while within a dream. Keeping a dream journal is kind of a tough option, my mornings are quiet rushy and I may not have time to write a dream journal, unless perhaps its on the bus ride to school, however I may have already forgotten my dreams.
