Hello sir! Welcome to dreamviews! I hope you have a long and enjoyable stay!

So as for dream recall I have a few tips. First, a dream journal is sometimes a hard thing to keep up, especially with a busy schedule. Trust me, I got to high school as well, I get where you are coming from. A good thing to do is to find some time to get your dream journaling time in. For example, while you are making your breakfast/eating it you can record them there. You could also try waking up 15 minutes earlier to give yourself a good amount of time to write down your dreams. Or if you find you don't have enough time or don't want to get up earlier, then there is another thing you can try. Once you get up, just jot down a a few key points about your dream to keep the memory of the dream in your head. For example you could write a few bullets like: There were dragons in my dream, I tried to fight them, a giant water bottle attacked me and almost ate me (had to have a little fun with this ) key points like these will help you recall your dream on the bus.

As for levels of lucidity I have a wonderful solution. What you need to do is to stabilize the dream. Now the goal of dream stabilization is to ground yourself in the dream, increase the clarity, reduce your chances of waking up, and overall just make your lucid dreams easier to do. There are a few ways to do this, a personal favorite of mine is to just rub everything up in the dream, you could feel the walls or whatever is around you, even the ground will work! There are many other techniques for doing this, click here for some more information on dream stabilization and clarity. Make sure to stabilize your lucid dreams every time! It's a very helpful skill to learn!

I hope this helps you out sir! Again, welcome to dreamviews! Feel free to ask questions!
