      Best method for me?

So I try to WILD every night ( I know, stupid idea but hey? Maybe i'll get lucky once) If my mom doesn't wake me up in the early morning I can make myself have excellent dream recall. I don't write in a journal although I used too. I remember all my dreams some how and most of it (even ones like 2 months ago). I'm on concerta for ADHD in the mornings but it wears off by night time. I'm able to wake up pretty easy. What method should I try to master?
I'm planning on trying either DILD or MILD tonight since I remember to do RCs in school and around my house...
I've LD about 2 times unintentionally. I guess DILDS were them since I was just like "Hey? How the crap did I get here?" And then it went all fuzzy and i fell back asleep.
I'm also able to stay still If I wake up since I'm a super light sleeper and even foot steps can wake me up lol.

Sorry for the long paragraph I just want some recommendations. (If It helps, I'm 14 in like 5 days)

Maybe give a rest with WILD for now, those are typically hardest for beginners. And for the dream recall, try to sleep earlier, so you can get more rest.
You should try any and every method, for a while. You have to wait a bit to see if you will get results
And also, MILD is one of the best method (DILD is more of a category, which MILD fits under)

      Hi there my friend,

I'd say, go for either DILD or MILD. WILD tends to be a much more "aggressive" method and just like what Erii said, pretty hard to learn. If you're aiming for MILD, check out the official MILD Tutorial. But if you're aiming for the DILD method, try reading Puffin's DILD Variation then move on to King Yoshi's DILD Variation if you think you've mastered Puffin's DILD variation. Just continue practicing my friend. If you have questions, feel free to reply back. Hope this helps

Hey guys thanks for replying I'll try with MILD/DILD like you guys said! I did MILD last night, had a banana before I went to bed. Woke up around 3:30 in the morning and appeared as If I had a FA but I wasn't very aware and fell back asleep. I set my alarm for like 2:30 so i know it wouldnt take an hour to wake me up but, thats progress right ?
Edit : Yeah I've been trying for WILDs around 2-3 months in a row like every night and haven't had 1 LD from that so, those are definitly the hardest lol

Yeah Erii is right. MILDing is personally the best lucid dreaming technique in my opinin.and paired with accidental WBTB and true belief MILDing will get you lucid dreams at least once a week Lol I recommend you try it. I even get LDs during school nights which is somewhat hard. But hey nothings impossible.
