      Hi, I'm chris.

      Hey there, I'm chris and i'm a 21 year old guy from Sweden, Iv'e always been fascinated for by OOBE experienced and lucid dreams, but haven't really tried it out yet.

      I have now decided to give it a go and learn more about my self, and hopefully start to track a dream journal aswell.

      Welcome to the league. Bet you'll have a fun time here. Good to know you already got yourself a Dream Journal. Anyways, have you already chosen the right method for you? If not, try out Mancon's http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/find-o...2/#post1774609 article . It's a good article containing 3 known methods to Lucid Dream. If you have enough time, why not go to the forum's chat room? It's a good place to hang out with your fellow DV folks(be warned though, they sometimes get loco and crazy in there ). If you have questions, feel free to reply bak or message any of the dream guides(expert in LD) in this dream guide list. Hope this helps and good luck in the field of Lucid Dreaming
