I've been playing around with this 61 point thing for a while, and I've got a couple of questions about it:
1. It says you should feel warmth or something on the points you're focusing on. I don't hehe. Can someone give more detail as to how to do it right? The book just kinda says picture yourself at the point. Am I visualizing myself sitting on my elbow, or do I pretend all my mass is actually at my elbow or what?
2. Is this a relaxation thing I should just use whenever, or does it have a purpose towards future lucid goals? Should this be a pre-sleep thing to get you relaxed before going to sleep?
3. I've been playing around with it in bed, before going to sleep. I find that I kinda tend to fall asleep as I do it. Should I be doing it earlier during less sleepy times instead?
4. If it's some pre-sleep relaxation that I'm suppsoed to do in bed before going to sleep... Once I'm done (if I stay awake throughout hehe), should I just try to fall asleep while staying in the final position I was in at the end of the exercise, or is it ok to shift into my regular comfy sleep position (kinda on my side, makes the exercise awkward). A lot of these relaxation exercises involve pretending your limbs are getting real heavy, so I figure shifting around would do away with the illusion you set up for yourself...
thanks for entertaining these n00b questions =)
