      What happened ?

      First sorry for my english.
I tried to wild 3-4 times without sucess. This morning, after 10min of relaxation i suddently had a noise in my ears and my eyes began to shake violently. This only lasted a few second probably because i started to panic and my heart started to beat quikly. So, what happened?

      Hi there Daniar,
You've probably experienced an SP(sleep paralysis), which is a part in the WILD process. Sleep paralysis is often accompanied by hypnagogic hallucinations. Hypnagogic Hallucinations are weird effects that may appear in any of your five senses(e.g. sound, visuals, etc.). Sometimes, you'll see scary ghosts, buzzy sounds and the like. But don't worry, all of this are just in your mind and nothing more. So I suggest the next time you experience SP, just be calm and go with the flow because dreamland is just around the corner. Hope this helps

It's possible, why not? Sometimes when I wake up from prior sleep, I get into SP after five minutes.
Welcome to the forums, by the way ^_^

Although that experience may have felt very real it was just hallucinations. This typically happens when you are very relaxed and getting close to having a WILD. Next time try relaxing more. If you can stay calm and passively observe the hallucinations you have much better chances of WILDing.

Most of my successful WILDs have been in very short amounts of time.

Yeah it was SP, and I agree with zebrah if you feel SP fast your probably doing it in the right time (REM).

      Thanks guys!
So all I have to do is to relax during this phase. But if I fail to relax will it happen again or is it over for that night?

How do you define failing? You mean falling asleep without achieving lucidity? If you wake up another time throughout the night, you can try again, of course

It's possible to happen again. Sometimes, I experience it maybe 2-3 times. Hope this clarifies it

-How do you wake up without waking up other people? I use an mp3 but I would like to know if there is better ways.
-I can't remember my dreams even if I stay still in bed. What sould I do?
-Can i try WILD before sleep just for training?

Wear a sock, and put your cellphone in it and set it to vibrate during the alarm.

-I can't remember my dreams even if I stay still in bed. What sould I do?
Have you already gotten a dream journal? It can exercise your dream recall. Foods rich in vitamins b6(peanut, banana, meat) also improves a person's dream recall.

-Can i try WILD before sleep just for training?
Yes, that would definitely be okay. It would also help if you're gonna perform it before a nap in the afternoon

Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions

You can practice WILD anytime, as long as you don't become frustrated or lose sleep. It is very difficult to have a successful WILD if your timing is wrong, but it is still good practice.

      Thanks a lot!
But there is a thing I don't understand, how do I enter in a dream?
So I'm in a SP and then? Because today I saw a series of videos called Lucidology and it said that when I'm in SP I sould do an "exit method" to enter in a dream.
Also what time is an afternoon nap?

An afternoon nap can be any time after you wake up, keep in mind that you must be tired enough to sleep. Usually, once I get into SP, i just let myself relax. If you get any HH, don't be afraid of it. I try to make my HH (which come auditory; in voices) more distinct, louder and try to make them say funny things. Also, not everyone get HH, so if you don't just let your relax further. Once you're at a point where you're as relaxed as you can be, just keep that state of mind and you'll soon transfer into a dream
      Good luck!

So this week I failed all my WILDs.
However I did a very short DILD. I was in an subway a I walked there, talked to some guy. I decided to go home and then I realised how the subway was huge and it has a different architecture than the french subway. As soon as I realised I was in a dream everything became black and I couldn't move, I started to scream and struggle and my dream ended.
It's strange because I never practiced any DILD methods.
And why did I paralysed when I became lucid?
      Thanks!

      Hi there my friend,
The DILD is a method that happens randomly. So even if you don't practice DILDing, there's still a chance for you to have one. And I think I know what's the reason why you became paralyzed in your dream. It's probably a stabilization issue. Try stabilizing your dreams the moment you become lucid. Try reading the official Dream Stabilization Tutorial. The thing here is be confident that you'll be able to move inside your dream. Hope this helps

I tried to wild a few times and in all cases after 10 minutes I hear a buzzing noise and it's harder to breathe.
I have to breathe much harder and I think it stops the SP. Does it happend to you?

The buzzing noise is totally natural, it's called tinnitus. With the breathing, that doesn't usually happen to me. In which position do you attempt your WILDs?

On my back and on my side. In both positions it's hard to breathe.

Might just be some HH? I had that at a stage, too, but I haven't had it since. Sometimes it just comes with SP

That would explain why it happends after only 10min.
