What you can do is go on youtube and look up binaural beats then go to the website Convert Youtube to MP3 & Download Youtube Videos - Free Downloader this will allow you to turn the youtube video into a mp3 that you can use on your music playing device. Find one you like and roll with it hope that helps, there are tons too look at on youtube.

Cool, I'll try it. What wavelength should I use? I found this site: wwwDOTjetcityorangeDOTcom/binaural-beats/ and I can download different frequencies for free. Should I use Delta for the meditation, and then go to a Low Theta then Mid Theta then High Theta as I am asleep?

well its all up to you for customization, my playlist has me start off with a binaural beat that has a mantra built into it that keeps saying that the next time im dreaming i will realise that i am dreaming. this one works great for the wbtb technique especially and then i have other ones that play for a little bit when i fall asleep, i only use my Binaural beats after i wake up for the wake back to bed technique cause thats when i find they are most effective... but when making up your own playlist just find what works best for you firs then have fun with the lucid dreams

Cool, I have that beat also, was it from YouTube? That's where I got it a few weeks ago. I think I'll go with the Delta for meditation before I go to sleep then when I wake up with my alarm, I'll put on the one that tells me that the next time I am dreaming I will realize it and with the high Theta after that.

      Thanks for the help!
