You can listen to anything relaxing, it doesn't have to be binaural beats. Once relaxed just lie still (but not stiff or uncomfortably) and keep your mind aware, don't move around and what not, fall asleep but keep your mind awake. |

no no , listen anyone can wild , you just really have to find your perfect time. Try experimenting with some times first attempt wild 3 hours after sleep, the next day 4 hours, the next day 5 hours, the next day 6 hours and then repeat the cycle untill you find your time. Just put some effort into finding your time and then youll be able to wild pretty much whenever you want if you do it right. |
