The only thing that has worked for me is WBTB, but that is because I have used an alarm..... I set my first alarm for say 440 am, but I'm still so tired and don't want to get up yet, so I turn dismiss that alarm, and I already have another one set for 520 or 530 to wake me again when I know I will get up. This has successfully worked for me during the work week when I never thought I could LD, on the weekend I had one successful LD, I went to sleep around 745, woke up around midnight, couldn't fall back to sleep, so I stayed up for about 2 hours, until I was tired...and then successfully had an LD.... so I think with WBTB it can be different depending on how tired your body is or isn't, and how much time you leave between waking up and going back to sleep... but so far this is the only method that is working for me. |
