OBE would suggest that you are having an experience outside your body, whereas a lucid dream would all be in your head.

Though many people who don't think OBEs are possible believe that they are basically LDs(lucid dreams). I'm not really sure personally.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

LeBerges book talks about that i believe. In one you don't have a dream body whereas the other you do. But he feels it is still a form of old.

      Most likely what Arch said.
OBE/AP's are also said to take place on a different plane, this is different for everyone.

      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

The difference is basically on how the person experiences the altered state of consciousness. Basically, a lucid dream is a dream where you know you are dreaming. An OBE is where you believe you have left your body and you do not believe it is a dream, but another reality. Some people will say OBEs are WILDs, but imo the key is what the person experiencing it wants to use to describe what happened to them.
