2 A sleep paralysis is caused when the mind is awake but the body asleep. Kind of a semi-dream you could say. A sleep paralysis is nothing dangerous, but people still get afraid for them sometimes, since its almost a dream, you can sometimes hallucinate. But just rember its nothing dangerous and will just last a few seconds or so. More info here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mind-a...utorial-42271/
3 Might be a temporary dry spell, itll break soon! Just keep trying to remember! Otherwise search for some tutorials on dream recall here on DV. 3 dreams a night is crazy! That is really good work!
      4 Yes.
5 Both yes and no. While changing sleep habits may help you have a LD, the stress it may cause could make it difficult to have LDs at all. Remember, stress kills lucids!
6 Sorry, have no idea what that is...
      Good luck with the LDs!

Since Zelzahim answered all your questions but this one, i'll answer it for ya~

      6. If you have sleep apnea, it definitely could be a hindrance. People with sleep apnea tend to have less REM sleep (that is the stage of sleep we mostly dream in, it's restorative, etc.)
But if you have sleep apnea and you can recount dreams, you should be good
