I actually got interested when I dream of something 2 nights ago. Its been a long time since I had a remembered a dream and I know the trend of my dreams. It comes consecutively in several nights after the first dream. So i decided to search for something to control my dream because I knew this is the right time to do it. I hope this continues hehe its fun. By the way, do you have your dream everyday?

I just read yesterday about different information and techniques. I put it in my mind before going to bed and applied the next night (that's last night). At first I find it hard to make a dream. I wake up at 6am and do something for a while then gone back to sleep. I guess its a combination of WILD and WBTB that worked for me.

I'm happy to accomplish such thing in just first try. I do wish before I could control my dream but did not believe so much that its possible. I was able to have somewhat control my dream once when I was a child but my experience last night was so different.

Can you suggest what next move should I do? How can I prolong the lucidity? I just wake up without sign that i'm gonna wake up.

Don't get to excited. At first, try to take everything in, look around, smell the air, feel the grass. My biggest mistake (like many) on my first lucid was I went straight for sex, seconds after it started I woke up. The next time I calmed myself and looked around and tried other things. Read up on dream stabilization. Stay calm and stay in power.

Everyone dreams around 4 to 6 times per night on average. However, a lot of people don't remember most of them. Personally, right now I'm only able to recall 2 to 3 dreams per night, but that is because I have stopped keeping a dream journal for a while now. When I was still keeping it I could easily remember 4 dreams per night.

As for ways to prolong lucidity, I suggest you read through the Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial. There you can find many techniques you can use to prevent yourself from losing lucidity or waking up.

I've read what Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial. I learned some ways and I had my second partial lucid dream last night. I improved a little due to your suggestions enjyu and juf. I still have to experience more. You can read about my second dream in my dream journal (cant paste links yet)

This one turned out better than your first one! I find if I feel as if I'm going to wake up from a lucid (like I have warnings, like the world spinning ect.) and I can't stabilize it, that it helps to try to recall the dream while I'm still dreaming. That way, when I wake up, it's all fresh in my mind. I've never actually read about other people doing this but it's worth a shot. Good luck.
