4.can someone do something while you are sleeping to you to induce lucid dreaming? such as pushing your arm, speaking into your ear, etc.
5.I read something about giving your subconcious a name..? like a name tyhat nobody else knows or a name you don't normally hear.. how does that work?
6.if someone shoots you in the leg with a gun, or chops off your arm, will you feel the full effects of the pain? (thinking about this from the movie inception, one of my favorites.)
7. i also read somewhere else that you can talk to someone in your dream and it's as if you are talking to yourself. is this true?
1. Depends how loud it is.
2. Depends how loud they are.
3. You can, you can use it to relax yourself. Or as an anchor. However, if you choose to use it as an anchor, make sure the music is repetitive and doesn't have any vocal. If vocal works for you, awesome! But it's never ever worked for me :/
4. It CAN but it doesn't necessarily mean it will. There's a likely chance that they might just wake you up.
5. Never heard of it, sorry :/
6. Everything about your dreams are about expectations. If you expect it to hurt, it will. If you don't, surprise! It won't ^__^
7. What this is referring to is the common theory that your dreams are made by your subconscious. So in a sense, if you are talking to a dream character (which is supposedly made of your subconscious) yes, you are essentially talking to yourself.

Hope this helped.
