Hello everybody!! I am new to the Lucid Dreaming scene(Just started to try it seriously as of yesterday.) I have been keeping a dream journal in attempt to get my dream recall up but I often have a hard time remembering my dreams in the morning. I also am starting to do reality checks when I think about them, which is not as often as I would like(once every couple hours). I am excited to get into the community and can't wait to explore the separate reality! I would love to hear from any experience dreamers and get any feedback/suggestions as to what I should try to do in the near/far future! |

Thank you! As always, every little bit helps go a long way. |

I second this. Anyway, lucid dreaming is one heck of a thing. Good luck in your dream related travels. |

Just like the first post said, lay in bed with your eyes closed and just focus on dreams, right when you wake up! this is a very good way to remember! And also a dream journal, you can use a voice recorder too if that is easier. Just write down the main thoughts of the dream, details, whatever you find important, or all your dreams in full detail. If you only remember fragments write them, if you only remember feelings, write them down too! Anything. |
