I've been trying to have a successful lucid dream for almost a year now and haven't done it. But the past two nights I've had very vived dreams that I remember very well.

Saturday night- I dreamt I was driving a car from the passenger seat that was going much to fast and I had no control over the breaks or gas (I seem to have a dream similar to this once a year). Finally I coasted into a church where three or so friends of mine were waiting for me. I then went downstairs to the lower floor which looked exactly like my father's room. All I remember from there was I kept watching videos of people from Saturday night live dancing and singing. This dream might not seem all too important but I remember it pretty well.

Last night- a friend was spending the night at my house. We did typical stuff and then came up to my room to watch a movie. Another friend of mine called and said she had tickets for a motley Crüe concert in Argentina and she would pick me up soon (strange because I'm in Colorado and Shes in Illinois). The friend spending the night vanished and then I poofed backstage to the Crüe concert. My friend and I nabbed the guitarist, Mick Mars hat and left to go to the merch stand. Then we heard people weren't happy that mick wouldnt have his hat for the show. Just as we were about to give it back, I repoofed at my house and played Wii like nothing happened. All of a sudden I was back at the show, mick had his hat, and motley was almost done with their set.

Then the second dream I had is making me wonder if I actually lucid dreamed.
I was in some underground room that had shelves and shelves of books and looked a lot like a store I love. I can't remember a lot of the dream, but I think something apocalyptic happened and a guy I like and I were being chased through all levels of this world. We got to the last level which was smaller. My mom suddenly appeared and the guy told me not to go to her, but I did. She started talking and then something clicked. Out loud, in my dream I said this isn't real. I then made my dream self spin around like I read to do. My physical mind felt a little more awake when I did that, if it makes any sense. I'm not sure if the dream continued after that.

I know all these details sound choppy, but I remember a lot more than usual. I'm just wondering if that was the start of a lucid dream.
