Hi! I've just join this forum. I hope to find friends here and improve my lucid dreaming and english. I have lucid dream expearence for about 3 years. I like the month's tasks' idea and I'll try to do them. Sorry for mistakes in words- my english isn't perfect.

I am sure you will learn much and meet cool people here (I sure have). The monthly tasks are a great goal to work at if you want to get better with lucid dreaming. Thanks zebrah and enjyu Do you have lucid dreams naturally, or have you been practising a certain technique to get them? - I have LD naturaly about 1-2 times a month, but if I want to have them more often I practising some technique . Last night, for example I woke up at 4 am and used deep freakwent breathing about a minute, but it didn't help And you?

I've been using the DILD technique for a while, but I think the MILD technique will work better for me, so I've recently switched to that one.

@Robot_Butler, i agree! What if the first lucid we remembered wasn't indeed our first? Welcome, she! Most of us on here have to work for our lucid dreams

Hi thank you all...So many attention to my person.... Today in LD I did the first task, but I havn't done it. I'l try soon to make DJ here and wright LD there. D3nd3 - my working yesterday was - I've read about DILD and MILD technicues here, looked through my DJ and noticed, that most freaqwently i see husband and kid in the dream, so said to myself - if you see him - make Reality Check. - but it doesn't help me today, because i went from real to dream In evening every time I went through the doors i notice this moment. I sayd to myself - no candies untill you have LD. 10 minutes yesterday I meditate on the candle. And i make five tibetian d...(fogot).. and said to myself when drinking - i drink to have LD, I eat to have LD.

i acquaint you as dedicated, i wish i could be as strong as you. I am really curious behind the differences in natural LDers and 0 LDers ... if that can be figured and taught and achieved, I would be a much more content person in my life

I've made DJ. WElcome d3nd3 - The life is very iteresting thing. The World give us all the best. Everyone has his one talantes.... But energy cannot loose in the universe - it will come back to you in future...If you work on LD - this work will come back to you intime ...When I was 22...)) I was fond of Kastaneda, Made tensegrity and spent allll my life to have LD...And had 1-2 LD a year I wanted them very much... . And it wasn't the time for it. And three years ago i didn't want LD, because I have small kid and family and LD came without any work...And now it's time for LD. For this 3 years I've already met 2 persons on dream forums - teachers (but they don't know that they are my teachers)) who helped me to grow up. And LD for me - it's just a hobby - it is'nt serious . I hope you understand me.
