Does this count as a WILD?

Hello I've been reading about lucid dreams for a couple of weeks now and i managed a DILD about two weeks ago.

Last night i woke up after about 6 hours sleep and i walked to the the toilet i was awake for about 3 to 4 minutes then I quickly went back to bed.

When I went back to my bed I tried a method which people use to WILD lying completely still and try not to fall asleep after about 10 minutes I think entered sleep paralysis as the room seemed to shake quite violently like a earthquake and a dark figure was sitting on my chest.I knew this was completely normal as i have red alot about sleep paralysis and all of this was in my head i closed my eyes and i tried to go to sleep.

In my dream i was in a middle of the street unaware i was dreaming until i looked at my hands and i noticed i had 6 or 7 fingers then realizing i was dreaming and thus gaining lucidity in the dream.

Is this some sort of a WILD lucid dream?

Well first of all, congrats on not freaking out as you entered sp! That's something many newbies to WILDing have a hard time getting over.
I'm not sure this would be considered a WILD, though.
When you're WILDing, you're going straight from conciousness to a dream, my impression is that you went to sleep THEN entered a dream.
When you WILD, you do close your eyes, but you just don't fall asleep.
Ask away if you have anymore questions.
