      What does it feel like to enter SP?

      What does sleep paralysis exactly feel like when you answer? I've read about things such as when you think you are in sleep paralysis, but you are actually just heavily relaxing. Last night, I had just woken up from a dream ( I actually woke up in sleep paralysis and my room spinning) It was about 5:30 AM and I went to try to wild. About 5-10 minutes in, I felt a very intense tingling sensation, but not throughout my whole body. It went from the upper half of my thigh, up through my torso, but ended about halfway between my elbow and shoulder. It did this more than 5 times before I gave up and went to sleep.

      So was I actually close to entering sleep paralysis, or was it another outcome such as deep relaxation?

      A similar thing happened to me recently. Sounds like relaxation.

      It feels different for each person individually. Some common feelings include feeling like you are very heavy, fast heart beat, vibrations, etc. In your situation, it could have been SP but it does just sound like you were very relaxed on the verge of SP.
