New Member! First time trying to dream lucidly and just thought i'd say hi

I like this website, it makes me feel sleepy So sorry if this is repetitive i'm sure there are many new members daily. I think i've had lucid dreams before though, i've been flying, had sex dreams, time traveled and everything I want to do except it's all accidental, but knowing that i've had these dreams gives me hope. I want to control them now. I can remember all of my vivid/lucid dreams, not entirely but I remember parts of all of them, even dreams from years ago. I actually had a lucid dream 2 nights ago, it was an amazing and vivid traveling dream where I flew around the world in an auto-pilot helicopter and landed on a giant mountain with tons of village people waiting there... Since I can't control it, the dream changed and turned fuzzy after a while... I really just want to be a master lucid dreamer EDIT: Btw, i'm really tired and could probably sleep right now. I've been doing reality checks all day for 2 days now and it's becoming a habit, do you think i'm ready for a lucid dream yet?

welcome to dream views,in your previuos LDs ,you knew that you were dreaming or you just did cool things,because lucidity isn't about control,its about awereness,because if you know that you are in a dream,even if you don't have control,just knowing that you are dreaming means that you had a lucid dream

Welcome Lucid dreaming is a skill, it comes easier to some than others as well, keep at it. I'd recommend only doing reality checks when something odd happens, systematic reality checks don't really work. Keep at it, read loads of tutorials if you haven't already. Good luck
