I finished posting some thoughts on dreams at an empath site, and, searching for resources for dream sources (who-what creates dreams?) I ended up here....

Had a sorta LD last week so this is cosmic. I'm meditating daily before bed, and I can learn lots from the community .... one meditation I do seems akin to the Lucid dream state , and possibly a good entry point for this, as it energizes me a bit too much for deep sleep....
