I finished posting some thoughts on dreams at an empath site, and, searching for resources for dream sources (who-what creates dreams?) I ended up here.... whoa... some very cool folks here.... Had a sorta LD last week so this is cosmic. I'm meditating daily before bed, and I can learn lots from the community .... one meditation I do seems akin to the Lucid dream state , and possibly a good entry point for this, as it energizes me a bit too much for deep sleep.... anyway.... seeya around ,Henri

Just lost a long message , as a new member cannot post links .... for 7 days I've recently joined and posted thoughts at Empath Chat Empath Zone (I had psychic, channeling, healing training with a spiritualist church during 1982 -2003) and also lost some posted thoughts I'd written about Drunvalo Melchizedek ... version of markaba meditation that he teaches ... I'm a huge fan of him-his work, and all that he's written. The merkaba meditation is the one that brings me close to the 4th dimension... so it seems, if done before sleep..... Like Robert Monroe's books.......Serpent of Light & Living in the Heart contain amazing amazing accounts..of profound spiritual experiences at sacred sites, sacred ceremonies he's been led to perform.... around the world.. ....and stories of remarkably gifted folks he's encountered. Just his youtube video interviews is an education in itself. Took his workshop 11 or 12 yrs ago and he is the real deal. IMO I've been away from spiritual stuff since the church group dissolved..in 2003...but have begun meditation 2 yrs ago , with Chi Gong and recently using the merkaba again. had ET communication, abduction experiences, similar dreams...over the decades.... and I'm interested in Dolphin- interspecies communication lately. They've appeared again to me on occasion. BTW.. I highly recommend John C Lilly's books on interspecies (dolphin, whale & Et communication)....as a thrilling read....factual, yet they read like a Speilburg script. especially The Scientist & his followup book
