      Starting...again :L

Was getting good results but kind of slowly stopped trying to lucid dream. Dreams are still really vivid some nights, now just want to get to that next stage.
Aims: 1)Have a lucid dream 2) Perfect my WILD (atm at the hallucination stage)

Welcome back! It can be really hard to stay motivated but having a goal's list is one of the easiest ways. Both long term and short term goals will not only increase your chances of getting lucid, they'll make sure you keep on practicing because you want to achieve them so badly. Good luck this time!

Keeping a DJ, waking up at 4am to write down dreams, then try to WILD, then fall back to sleep with mantra if no success....main focus is on dream journal.

      hey timbob, welcome back

I was just going to recommend keeping a dream journal, but looks like you're already on top of it! You might even want to make a list of your most popular dream signs, in hopes that it will spark lucidity in your next dream. I skimmed through your DJ and noticed that dreaming about being in Russia was a common indicator for you that you're in a dream. Have you noticed any others? For me it's tornadoes and having ridiculous fights with my mom.

Anyway, good luck with it timbob and keep us posted!

Welcome to Dreamviews, russia you say? Well I find the most random things (even things which are completely normal) make me lucid!
