Hey guys, 18 years old university student here
Few things about my self:
- I like playing videos games mainly the Total War series, Starcraft 2, Dota 1 & 2
and A LOT of console games (Red Dead Redemption, and Mafia 2 were my favourites)
- I like any type of music, but mainly underground beats such as P.SUS, Nujabes, Pogo, 14?, Olive Oil, Michita, etc.
- Currently studying Computer Science

I've been aware of what lucid dream is since I was 14 or so, but I have not gotten serious nor attempt it till a few weeks ago.
But I did have one when I was 10, It was sort of a scary experience where I realized I was awake in the dream, and I thought I wouldn't be wake again so I started screaming to my mom to wake me up, and eventually I woke up.

I've always thought it was just for fun, but I've realized its much more than that, I've read more stuff about it, and it almost convinced me that you can use this to ehance your skills in reality, as an example, I am a bad at public speaking, and through LD I can practice there and become better, or face my fears of doing it.

Just wondering though.. is it really true? To enhance your skills in your dreams?
I know they used it as a therapy for fears, but how about enhancing your abilities, such as, ability to play a video game, or play an instrument, even by a tiny bit?
