      Greetings everyone I'm Austin and I'm 21 years of age, I've always been interested in dreams, lucid dreams and OBE's

      I joined to get an insight into my dreams and that I generally remember every single one clear as day

      You came to the right place. Your OBE questions will be best answered in Beyond Dreaming and about regular dreams in General dream discussions and interpretations.

      Your great dream recall is a great start to lucid dreaming. Check out the tutorials for different induction techniques and pick one you like. In general, MILD/DILD is easier to start with than WILD.
