      Greetings!

Hi, my name is... Notpa.. And I'm here because I would like to learn more about dreaming, especially lucid dreaming, and I wish to begin practicing, because I find it very interesting.

So this is just my hello to the community out here on dreamviews!
I just better not be dreaming right now..

Welcome, you came to the right place Check out the tutorials in DV Wiki on different induction techniques. In general, MILD is easier to master than WILD. If you don't have a dream journal yet, I recommend you start keeping one to help you with your recall, identify dream signs and different patterns. It also lets your mind know, that dreams and remembering them is important to you. And reading posts is great to get your motivation up. Feel free to post any question. Happy dreams
