      First LD

      I tried lucid dreaming before I joined this place and I had my first Yesterday. I was following my mom (she left when I was 3 so I knew I was dreaming) anyways. I grabbed her and asked her why she had left. The dream changed a bit and shebecame my ex girlfriend who then tried killing me. When I first started dreaming I had horrible hullucinations (sorry for bad spelling) I'm some what scared to LD now.

      You say that you joined here before, if so what was the user name? We need to get rid of any alternate accounts.

      I think that fear hits a lot of when beginning to lucid dream. But I think you will find that you will get over this fear by simply ignoring it. I was always scared of the chance of a nightmare. Thankfully when I started lucid dreaming my nightmares went away after some time. Now even when I have a nightmare, it doesn't scare me because Im more conscious in both the dream/and waking world.

      I hope I helped a bit. Its sort of a hard thing to explain.

      That account has long since been gone. And I often have nightmares every night so I'm afraid they would mix with my lucid dreams.

      Some people say lucid dreaming helps with nightmare, I guess the knowledge that it's your world gives them comfort and the invincibility...sweet invincibility hope your nightmares leave soon
