      I'm back, sort of~!

Hi, I'm back from the dead~! You can call me Que~! I've only been lucid about 4-5 times within the last 4-5 years XP. I do have a big question though, how do i get my dream recall back up. I used to be at 3-4 dreams a night with high recall but now im down to maybe one a night and not even that sometimes. I also really want to LD but obviously my dream recall is my main obstacle. any suggestions?

The best thing to do is have a Dream Journal and write down every single detail that you remenber. Can also help repeat to yourself several times before going to bed ''I will remember my dreams''. Happy Dreaming

      Welcome back.
Yup, GuitarShot is right. Dream Journaling is really important for anyone that doesn't have the natural ability to recall dream. Something else I would also strongly suggest is when you wake up, don't think about the day ahead or anything, for that matter. Let your train of thought just kinda lul back into that almost-asleep phased. For some reason, it really helps recall. If you have any more questions, do post them!

hmm, i've been keeping up my dream journal, but it feels like my dreams have become ever more elusive upon awaking.
