Thread: Whats up everyone

Yo what's up everyone,
Id like to begin firstly with my first sleep paralysis/lucid dreaming experience being the 'old hag' which i experienced a little less than a year ago, completely scared the crap out of me thought it was a demon and could'nt sleep for a good week until one of my friends told me about it and then i stumbled upon the world of lucid dreaming.

So lately i feel as if i've been missing something in side of me spiritually, and now im on a path to spiritual enlightenment, and such, have started meditating slightly as often as a can and have become really intrigued by dreams and the meanings of them and controling them. Peace
