I don't know whats going on...

I've never even heard of lucid dreaming until today. I had another dream last night where I knew I was dreaming and changed everything in the dream to whatever I wanted (for example this dream I was chasing somebody down the street, when I realized I was dreaming I changed the enviornment to a long street made a motorcycle appear and jumped on it)... This happens quite often to me but its what happens after a while of dreaming... I will wake up but still be dreaming. I always "wake up" in wherever it was I am sleeping in reality but everything will be blurry and I cannot stand up, its almost like my muscles are non existant, and eventually I realize that is also a dream and I wake myself up in real life. I dont know why this happens but everytime I take control of a dream this in between state always follows and it really freaks me out. I lucid dream at least a couple times a week but when I wake up in the dream and everything is like that, when I really wake up I am very freaked out. Any help on what is going on would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like what you are experiencing along with lucid dreaming is a false awaking. Also what you're feeling more then likely is the sleep paralysis that happens when you sleep, it happens naturally so you don't act out your dreams. I've experienced it once and I guess for some people its very common. So are you freaked out by the whole lucid dreaming thing or just that one thing? I am somewhat confused still.

Sounds like a false awakeaning, if what I've learnt is anything to go on just stay calm, relax and remember you're in control. Feelings in dreams can often be amplified.
Count yourself lucky you can do it naturaly, many have been trying for years.

I like the part where I can control anything immediately after realizing I'm dreaming... Its the feeling of the in between where I cant control things... the other night when it happened I could hear someone else in the house, then I heard my bedroom door fling open but I couldnt see anything just blurry darkness... then I rolled over to try to get up but I couldnt put any weight on my feet and then it felt like someone grabbed the back of my shoulders and I threw the blanket off of me and no one was there... then I realized I was dreaming still and myself wake up. Then when I really woke up the only way I knew I was really awake was my blanket was still on me... I was really freaked out and I dont know how to stop it, again this happens after everytime I take control of my dreams.

You expect it to happen after every time you control your dreams, therefore it will.
It could be a false awakeaning, or hallucinary sleep paralasis. Either way, just keep in your mind that it wont happen, and that none of it can hurt you if it does happen. Expectations are key!

(all second hand experience by the way)

Xoectations, I have two sure fire solutions for your false awakenings

      1. Put a digital clock at the foot of your bed. This way, when you wake up you can immediately look at the clock. If the numbers are scrambled, missing, mixed with letters ect., then you know you didn't really wake up

      2. Call on God to Protect you. "god help me" or "leave in gods name." sometimes it will feel hard to talk but it's been said even saying God/Jesus name will instantly end the sleep paralysis and hallucinations.

These two plans should help you wake up without any drama
      Lucid Goals

      Short term
convince a dc they're in a dream, get high, go swimming

      Long Term
have a deild, continue a relationship, stop time

don't open your eyes during sleep paralysis, you'll still get some hallucinations, but I find that all of the freaky crap appears when I open my eyes. Just know its all natural and safe and it loses its ability to scare you. It might startle you, but not scare you, hopefully.
The Key is to combine your waking rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams, because if you can do that, you can do anything.
