hmm i really hope so. the guide says it won't work at the end of REM, but I guess theres no way of knowing if your done with REM or not. I guess I'll just try it every time I wake up in the night and hope that one of the times I'm still in an REM cycle. How long would you recommend I stay at it before giving up? Like when I specifically wake up, how many minutes should I remain still before knowing it won't work this time and I'll have to try again later?

Thats whats so great about Deild, you wont know if it's going to fail!!. You will always be able to induce SP, and once your in it and your body really doesn't want to dream you will just fall asleep. There is no way of knowing if it will work until you are right at the end, but believe me it's rare that you will fail to lucid dream if its done right. I dont think that your remcycle will interfer with your attempts.
