      Hello

      Hello everybody
First of all, I'm from Georgia (country, not the city ). I saw some posts on the 9gag on lucid dreaming and I was like, "oh it's a lie, nobody can't do it", but after that I googled "Lucid Dreaming" and saw this forum. Suddenly I saw some posts just like this: "OMG, it's so real, it's so amazing!" and I thought "let me try", but after 1 week of training I have no results. I really want to join this forum and I want to find out easiest way to have a lucid ream.
Btw I'm 15 years old and my English is horrible (I've learned it myself )

      Welcome to the forum!

One week of training is a good start but there is no guaranteed path to achieving results. For some it takes longer than others.

One thing for certain is that the more you think about lucid dreaming and the ways to achieve it the more your mind will realize that lucid dreaming is important to you. This will lead to more of your dreams being remembered and vivid.

We also have some tutorials in our WIKI that may help. You can find the link at the top of this page.

Enjoy the forum, and happy dreaming!

      Thanks for the reply
I've seen all of those tutorials and guides. Today I was just laying on the bed, fully relaxed and I was just trying to fall asleep, but I was laying on the bed about 2 hours with no result.

If your body isn't ready to sleep it's often pointless to attempt any of the induction techniques.

Being relaxed is great. It helps clear the mind and prepares you for your actual sleep period.

Try this again after a full day when your body is ready to sleep.

As you've had a deep sleep of 6-10 hours already, your mind won't fall asleep quickly. Taking the advantage, concentrate on your breathing or heartbeat. Don't let thoughts take over your mind, keep calm and concentrate.
I saw this somewhere (I don't really remember), so you're saying it's better to have lucid dream when you're tired and your body is ready to sleep?
