Thread: Hello :)

Hey..
I know about Lucid Dreaming for half a year. Before I found out about it, I had about 20 sleep paralysis and 2 lucid dreams (Dream initiated), but they were really short.. Right after I realized that Im dreaming somehow, after some seconds I woke up..

However, I'm now 19 years old, from Latvia (East-Europe), I know about lucid dreaming much, reading almost every day. I have had about 5 lucid dreams from the time I started learning - 4 MILD's and 1 WILD (Short one.. Lasted for 1-2 minutes). I'm used to sleep paralysis and it causes no fear or higher hear beat for me, as I had it in childhood way too many times, so right now Im mastering only WILD method, as it seems to be much more vivid and you remember your dreams better.
