Hi all - just flew in and are my arms tired!

I'm a newbie to this site but I'm an old time flyer. However, I can't remember the last time I flew in a dream because for some reason I don't remember my dreams any longer. I do sleep an average of 7 solid hours and perhaps that's the reason. I've tried regularly to program myself to fly and to remember my dreams but it doesn't take. I may still fly but I just don't remember and the joy I used to get from remembering isn't enough of a trigger.

A few years ago I owned a NovaDreamer mask and was successful in sort-of controlling my dreams and kept a diary. But being awakened constantly took a toll on me and I sold the mask. But because I think of the subject almost daily I still want to have a go at it again.

I ordered a Remee mask but because one of the two company principals is a poor businessman I canceled the first order and "he" canceled my re-order. So here I am checking out what's going on in the field and how others are doing.

BTW, when I was an active dreamer I used to just push off the ground and fly usually with my arms extended a la Superman. But then, for reasons unknown, I started using a small canard no bigger than an LP jacket. Do any of you use such a device or similar?

      Hey Dreamcanard, welcome to Dreamviews!

Awww, sucks you aren't remembering your dreams ...check out this dream recall tutorial!l I don't think solidly sleeping 7 hours is your problem. When you wake up, just lay there. Don't think about anything EXCEPT your dreams. Just any little detail you can remember. It will help a bunch just to take a few minutes to reflect on your dreams.

Good luck with Remee. I'm getting one soon too. Let us know if it works :O I have heard a few people of using a device like that, but I personally don't. Good luck getting back into it! Keep flying!
