      Oh an Introduction forum...

Wow didnt see this when I started. I had a dream problem and just posted it because I wanted some advise and opinions. never did introduce myself.

Hi, I'm SirMathias (Sir for short, because being called sir is awesome) I guess you could say I'm new to lucid dreaming in a way, but not uninformed. I have been reading about it for about two years and got into a training routine for awhile. I had one lucid dream but was yanked out as soon as i figured out I was dreaming. (got excited and woke up ) The trick that made me discover the dream? My watch, in about three mins my watch skipped about five hours and that was my trigger. Then I got busy with college and keeping grades up that i fell out of the habit of keeping a journal and everything. I am starting up again though so hopefully everyone can help me out. Dreams are a huge interest of mine, its like seeing what is locked up inside of you.

      Welcome to the forum!

I already responded to your NT thread. I aksed what worked and what didn't. I hope you find peace here.

If I or the other staff members can help you in any way with your lucid dreaming efforts please let us know. The WIKI (link at the top of the page) can give you a lot of the basic information, and the rest of the forum expands on the tutorials with user-feedback. Please look around and post on any topic you find interesting.

I can also point you in the right direction if you would like help finding information on a specific technique, would like a tutorial or would care to join one of the classes and learn in a group setting. Our DV Academy is a great way to direct your efforts.

      Pleasant dreams, and happy posting!

Just remember to keep calm while in a lucid dream. If you can do that, and practice stabilizing techniques your lucids will last much longer.

      to the forum!!

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
