      Hello world

Before I start with saying hello, let me please apologise for all the bad spelling etc., my mother language is not English. Trying my best

So, I started "flirting" with lucid dreaming few months ago. First I have learned everything that is to learn, then I started to read your experiences and so on. I started writing my dream journal. In about a week, I couldnt believe it, I have had my first lucid dreams and than almost every night ahead and they were getting stronger and longer. I stopped writing my dream journal, stopped reading about lucid dreaming and the dreams stopped also )

So now I know, with no hard work, there is no victory. So I started again. First day I couldnt remember my dream, so I couldnt wrote about it. The next day I have remembered some and today is the fourth day and my recolection of the dreams is better and I can write more and more. But still having problems remembering the majority of it. So no I am starting again and I cant wait to get my first lucid this round now.

Thanks for reading, have a nice day.

Hey Welcome to Dreamviews! To improve recall you can try not moving or opening your eyes upon waking up, and try to remember all dreams you had last night. This helps a lot for me. When i don't use that method i recall about 2-3 dreams. When i do use this method i can recall up to 6 in a night and maybe even more. Hope this helps!

Hey nitika! Welcome to the site

That's pretty impressive that you got lucid in a week and continued to have them almost everyday after. Not many people have luck like that! You are right about the no hard work no victory part. Dream journals are very important. Just keep up what you are doing, it obviously worked before. You will be remembering dreams in no time! If you have any questions, please ask

Thank you all for lovely welcome
Today its the fifth day and I had some semi lucid moments in few of my dreams. Can allready remember 3-5 dreams per night, seams it is really going fast for me. But I do have a "problem" regarding my dream signs. Cannot figure it out what are they. As far as I read, there should be few signs that are the same in each dream? Well the only thing (person) that is in almost every dream is my spouse. So I guess there will be no dream sign trigger for me to say: Yes, I know I am dreaming.

      Thanks

Everyone usually has one dream sign. Look for a common theme, object, etc. Just keep writing your dreams in your DJ! You should eventually spot a sign. If you don't have a dream sign right now, you may develop one later. If you post your dreams on here, I can help look for one .
