      umm hi!

      hey Im new to this whole lucid dream stuff i found out just about 30 mins ago what they were and am going to devote my time in to getting a lucid dream and i hope some of you on this forum can help me

      Hi Ashrobhoy, and welcome to the forum!!

      Yeh, the being new thing is a bit scary, but we've all been there, so ask away and you'll find people on the forum are willing to help!!
      Dreamviews also has some members who are 'Dream Guides', who you could message and ask for advice, if your really stuck!!

      So.. to get you started .... Have you tried looking at the DreamViews tutorial sections, its a great resource for beginners, and also for experienced LD'ers alike!!
      Remember, it might take a bit of time, so dont get disheartened, but once you get there, you'll see that the wait was worthwhile!!

      Check out this beginner's guide to lucid dreaming! It will get your started on achieving lucidity. I agree with melanieb, the wiki has some awesome stuff. You should check that out as well
