      New here.

      Been trying to lucid dream for awhile now. I have a dream journal and spent several months improving recall. Now I want to know how I can actually Lucid Dream? I tried WILD sleeping but it hasn't been working much for me.

      Welcome to DV!

      Try reading the guide on the front page starting here. It has all the basics you will need to know in order to start lucid dreaming. I also highly recommend Stephen LaBerge's book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming which you can read online here. After that if you want some more specific information there are great tutorials all over this forum.

      BTW You can WILD but it might take a while to get the hang of it. It might be difficult the first few time but don't be discouraged. Keep with it and you will make progress in no time.
