Hello, For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by dreams. My own tend to be pretty realistic and vivid, and I frequently become aware that I am dreaming. However, I really want to improve my dream recall, since it could use some work. I'm not as diligent as I should be with my dream journal, to be honest. I've been browsing this forum for a little while, and it's really interesting, so I thought I'd join! Perhaps I can boost my lucid dream potential by occupying my time and my mind with the contents of this forum. I hope to make some contributions where I can; I'm by no means an expert, or even an experienced lucid dreamer. That was a longer introduction than I had planned... In any case, I hope to contribute something of value to this online community. Happy dreaming~
