I've always been fascinated my dreams. The power of the mind has always been interesting to me, and I would like to begin to use it consciously in my dreams. I was able to become lucid once a few years ago, and it was the most amazing feeling I've ever felt. I want to not only feel that again, but also use my dreams to better understand my subconscious and my emotions. I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences with everyone on here, as well as reading about the experiences of others! Sweet dreams everyone!

Im definitely looking forward to gaining more control and being able to do some things, I've already got a few goals in mind so hopefully I'll be able to attempt them soon. I started my dream journal last night, and I'll post it in a little bit

Welcome to the forum! Starting the Dream Journal is a great first step! I can think of so many people who benefited from writing down their dreams regularly, including me.
