Wink Hi! from spain, SP every night! SP to Dream, ¿How to?

      Hi!

I came to this community as i´ve become interested in lucid dreaming.

I used to have sleep paralysis often, but i used to see this as a scary experience, now, i´m watching it as a useful tool to get into dreams.

I think i´m that very kind of strange person that have SP easily every night, even in the moment i go to sleep I can induce it (not necessary to wait 6-8 hours and then try it out)

Sometimes i can move ghost parts of my body, I´ve had three successfull times where I got out of my body. The first one i just rolled out and woke up... The second one i just sit down on my bed and ran my hands over my face, after that, i put a finger on my mouth, it felt so strange.. After that, i stand up (really I tried, i just had no balance, it felt like i was a baby trying to stand up..), the last time, i followed the same process as the second, after that, i was searching for the floor with my foot and when i touched it, it felt very cold!, that was very real!, so i put my other foot and i was standing in the middle of my room, blinded (I´m always blinded in my OBE)

I really started to do this stuff 2 weeks ago (I just read you) and now im getting close to the lucid dream, but still haven´t succeeded.

I sleep with this relaxing music on my pc, check it out on youtube, it´s called "Fall with Rocks".

It relaxes me and help me to loss the fear because sometimes, when REM antonia it´s coming (I came into SP) i hear voices (I Once heard voices of children calling me), so this keeps me calm.

A curious thing is that, sometimes, when i enter SP, part of the sound begins to repeat faster and faster, like a bucle, it´s like the vibrations.

Mi major problem is that I can stay in SP state 1 or 2 minutes, waiting for something, flying centimetters of my body, hearing conversations, feeling vibrations, hearing the rain sound in a bucle, watching HI in the dark of my eyes.. But nothing happens and i just give up (The fear increases as the allucinations came close), ¿What i should do?

So, i like to be with you

Welcome to Dream Views! This is the place to be for anyone wanting to learn how to lucid dream. The Dream Guide team is here to help you navigate the forum and answer questions. We all have 3 green stars above our avatar. Click on our user name and you can then select private message if you have a question, or you can start new threads. Don't worry about starting threads that have been started before, just try it out, if it ends up in the wrong place one of us can move it for you.

One thing you can do in a post is place a link to another thread. I have done this below. You can click on the colored words to see the new thread. Start with this extra basic one, it will help you read the acronyms in other posts, Help With Acronyms For Complete Beginners

After that one the very first thing you should do is check out basic tutorials. This one covers most of the terms you will see members using in much more depth, so start here, http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/

Also be sure to check out the DVA Dream Views Acadamy, click on this link to get there, DV Academy.

Matte , our Dream Guide team leader runs a general lucid dreaming class, and you can join in contests where you gain points for dreams you have. General Lucid Dreaming (Matte87)

Gab , another Dream Guide runs a class that is very valuable to beginners on MILD/DILD, which is by far the best method to start with. DILD (Hukif and gab)

Finally as far as the DVA stuff goes, there is a class on introduction to lucid dreaming. This is a great place if you are just starting out and need a little personal help. Intro Class (OpheliaBlue, RareCola, CanisLucidus, Chimpertainment, Xanous)

I hope to save you some time by giving you a link to a thread we all put together on the topic Sleep Paralysis. There has been so much misinformation and confusion on this topic, that after a few days on the sight, you would surely run into confusing statements refering to SP. Save yourself some frustration and read this post if you want to know about SP, http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/sleep-...lained-136993/

Now, on the lighter side, you may be excited to learn to fly! Here is a thread where people explain how they went about learning to fly, http://www.dreamviews.com/f14/can-u-...u-learn-40468/

Then just for a laugh here is a thread where people list all the things they want to do in an LD. It is mostly light hearted and supposed to be funny, http://www.dreamviews.com/f11/1000-t...-dream-104556/

Here is a link related specifically to your questions, http://www.dreamviews.com/f157/dream...aining-133302/ Read post #6 as it deals specifically with that problem.

Have fun and good luck with your dreaming!
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.
