Hello all. |

Welcome, DukeOfEarl! I also often suffer from sleep paralysis and I'm hoping learning to lucid dream will help. Congrats on already inducing a lucid dream! |

welcome DukeOfEarl . I think you have a lot to look forward to in the realm of Lucid Dreaming. I to spent a good part of my life having one nightmare after another. I remember the first day I woke up after sleeping all night without a bad dream. What a relief. I was so excited. It was so easy to get rid of the nightmares, it was stupid I put up with them for so long. |

Hey Duke of Earl I had vibrations for years without knowing what they were, I thought I was having seizures or something so I know what you mean about something that affected you negatively is now something positive. Welcome i'm new too |

It's reassuring to hear from others who have managed to use lucid dreaming techniques in a positive way to overcome the unpleasant experiences that sleep can bring. As much as I am eager to experience flying, dream control and whatnot, I must admit my main motivation to master LDs is for the very purpose of banishing these nightmares forever! |

Welcome! l know you'll enjoy your stay. For me, ld's have helped me see the 'dream aura' that is evident in every dream. Eventually, even slightly freaky dreams may not faze you! |

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.
