Thanks to you both I have been LD'ing for about five years now. I started by using various herbs/teas to help me accomplish this such as dream teas sold on Shaman's Garden or The Botanical Source from South Africa, Calea Z, Motherwort, a good combination that can be smoked or drunk as a tea on Shaman's Garden, all the while supplementing 10mg of Melatonin at night to help me fall asleep (former Insomniac for many years) I now have gone exclusively to supplements such as 5HTP, Kava Kava 30% extract, the "Lucid Dreams" and "Lucid Combo" combination both found on Amazon.com, GABA, Valerian Root and a very powerful tincture called Ubulawu found on TheBotanicalSource.com Thanks again for the welcome.
