How can i help myself dream more and remember in the morning?
Just keeping a DJ, even when you dont remember your dream the next day, helps a lot. The mere intention of recalling your dreams will help force your subconscious to realize that recalling your dreams is important to you. So the more you try to recall them, the better you will remember them in the future. Also, you can use autosuggestion to help you remember them. You can do some mantras before bed like "i remember my dreams" or "my dreams are very vivid".

What if anything does that mean? Is that just me or is that normal, i could have sworn i had invented my own personal "high"
It is completely normal to get carried away in terms of emotion in dreams. When we dream, the lart of the brain that controls emotion is more uninhibited, that's why we tend to feel really extreme emotions in dreams than we would in real life. Oftentimes, they can be so overwhelming that they could last for even hours after you wake up. It is up to you to pursue the meaning behind what caused you to dream those, and only you can really find the interpretation of your dreams
